What exactly is the Panchakarma ayurvedic treatment program?

In essence, the Panchakarma ayurvedic treatment program is a one- to two week program, where patients spend their ayurvedic holiday working individually and together in groups with the goal of ridding their bodies of toxins and their minds and spirits of barriers. Body, mind and soul are brought back into balance and the patients feel invigorated, renewed and revived. This Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment, by flushing out the pre-existing toxins, also boosts the body’s innate healing ability, which is an effect that persists even long after the patient has already completed the program. This means any illnesses and ailments that would otherwise encroach on the person, will then be slowed or even completely blocked from taking root post Panchakarma ayurvedic treatment holiday. The Pachakarma ayurvedic treatment is of course all-natural.

As a side note, diabetes and thyroid treatments in Ayurveda are very common, which means not only “lesser” issues can be tackled via this method.

What Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments does the program encompass?

The Ayurveda Panchakarma performed depends on the individual, as the program, while still having a few elements the same for the majority, is tailored completely to the person’s health state and wishes. Most commonly the Panchakarma ayurvedic treatments performed are Ayurveda Panchakarma oil massages, steam baths, herbal compress therapies, powder massages, treatments with warm herbal oil, etc. While most of these treatments are highly therapeutic, they are also very relaxing. However, to make it all a proper ayurvedic holiday, we also make sure to include a few pampering sessions with our skilled staff, including romantic baths for one, beauty face packs and more.
