Ayurveda Panchakarma is what the cleansing of the body according to Ayurveda is called. It is a set of five procedures said to eliminate vitiated doshas from the body and bring back balance to the organism. The five treatments are called Vamana, Virechana, Nirooha, Nasya and Anuvasana, and are all offered as separate Panchakarma treatments at our Ayurveda hospital or as part of one of our Panchakarma programs at our Ayurveda resort.
Ayurveda hospital - when western medicine doesn’t do the trick
Ayurveda Panchakarma in our Ayurveda hospital can be performed on a need-to basis, or it can be part of one of our our seven- or fourteen-day Panchakarma programs. During the program you will be under supervision by our world-renowned specialists, receiving initial diagnosis and a treatment, food and exercise plan fitting their assessment. In addition to the five basic Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments, you will be prescribed several other complementary massages and therapies, to make it more than a mere cleanse. You will also receive instruction on how to remain healthy in your everyday life, even when not in an Ayurveda hospital. The goal of the Ayurveda Panchakarma program is to cleanse your body of toxicity, which in turn affects your body and mind. Ayurvedic Panchakarma will free your body of these harming substances and allow it to self-heal again, without the need for medicine or other non-essentials.
Ayurveda resorts - an all-around Ayurveda treatment

Our highly-educated instructors will help you rid yourself of any blockades, whether they be of the body, heart, mind or soul, and will help you reach your inner balance.
